Business Tower II has reached a major construction milestone at The Boulevard, Muscat Hills, with a large-scale foundation concrete pour completed as construction progresses on the landmark commercial development.

Over the course of approximately 28 continuous hours, more than 1,400 cubic metres of concrete were poured into the tower’s foundation, requiring extensive coordination between the project, engineering, batching and site teams.

Building from the Ground Up

Foundation works are among the most critical stages of any development. The completed pour establishes a substantial part of the structural base that will support Business Tower II as it rises above ground. While the finished building will ultimately place its focus on its offices, retail spaces and amenities, much of the engineering excellence begins beneath the surface.

Another Milestone for Muscat’s New Downtown

Located at The Boulevard within the completed Muscat Hills masterplan, Business Tower II will add significant Grade A commercial space to one of Muscat’s established mixed-use destinations.

The project is being delivered within a rapidly evolving commercial corridor, with the upcoming International Financial Centre, Design District, Business Park and Madinat Al Irfan masterplan contributing to the wider transformation of Muscat’s New Downtown.

For Muscat Hills, Business Tower II represents another step in the continued expansion of the destination’s commercial offering—bringing new businesses, investment opportunities and activity to an already established masterplan.
