Muscat Hills has successfully completed excavation works at Business Tower 2, achieving a key milestone in the project’s construction schedule.

The forthcoming 500,000+ SQFT commercial and retail development, located within The Boulevard by Muscat Hills, is set to become one of Oman’s most prominent business destinations. The excavation phase involved the precise cutting and removal of more than 60,000 cubic meters of hard rock, reaching a depth of 12 meters below road level to prepare the site for foundation works.

Positioned alongside the completed Business Tower 1, Business Tower 2 forms an integral part of The Boulevard’s 850,000 SQFT master-planned precinct — a pedestrian-focused destination comprising over 2,000 residential units, offices, retail outlets, and dining venues.

With excavation now concluded, Muscat Hills and its construction partners will move into footing and foundation works, paving the way for vertical construction.

Once complete, Business Tower 2 will offer enterprises a contemporary commercial address at the foothills of Muscat Hills Golf & Country Club and the upcoming La Vie Club, further strengthening The Boulevard’s growing business and lifestyle ecosystem.
