Construction at Muscat Hills Bazaar has reached an important milestone with the successful completion of a large-scale concrete pour for the project’s raft foundation. Over the weekend, approximately 2,300 cubic meters of reinforced concrete were poured in Zone B, marking a major advancement in the structural phase of the development.

This milestone follows the completion of excavation works and ongoing foundation activities, including steel reinforcement, waterproofing, and structural preparation. With the raft foundation now finalized, construction will continue to progress steadily through the next phases of development.

Upon completion, Muscat Hills Bazaar will extend across 700,000 SQFT, comprising 360 retail units and supported by 1,500+ parking spaces. Positioned at The Boulevard by Muscat Hills, the destination is set to elevate the area’s retail and dining landscape. The project remains on schedule for its planned 2026 delivery.
