$40M Construction Contract Awarded to Noor Ocean for Business Tower 2

Under the patronage of His Highness Sayyid Rawy Al Said, Muscat Hills International Developments is pleased to announce the official awarding of a $40 million construction contract to Noor Ocean Company for the highly anticipated Business Tower 2. 

Situated at the heart of The Boulevard by Muscat Hills, Business Tower 2 will offer over 460,000 square feet of premium office and retail space designed to cater to Oman’s growing demand for world-class commercial environments. The tower will feature high-performance shell-and-core as well as fully fitted units, tailored to meet the needs of both established and emerging enterprises.

Construction is scheduled to begin in Q3 2025, with delivery slated for early 2027. This next-generation tower continues TMDC’s legacy of executing high-value developments that raise the bar for commercial real estate across the Sultanate.
