Construction at the Muscat Hills phase two residential development has begun. The contract was awarded to Towell Construction.

Phase 2 has been designed within the Muscat Hills golf course.It is the first 18-hole grass golf course in the sultanate of Oman – a vision of the late H H Kais bin Tarik al Said.The development comprising of over 75 villas offers views of a course landscaped in and around a natural terrain with a spectacular back drop of the Al Hajar Mountains.The planned development offers buyers six different villa configurations to choose from, ranging from 350sq m to 650sq m in four- and five-bedroom arrangements, on plot sizes ranging from 300 sqm to 1700 sqm.
The villas are being designed to offer spacious interiors, ample parking, lush landscaping and high-quality finishes. Villas have a maid’s quarters with external access.Muscat Hills is expected to have the InterContinental Hotel with a total of 250 rooms and four food and beverage outlets, a world renowned spa, swimming pool and a fitness centre.
