Muscat Hills is pleased to announce the successful completion of excavation works at Business Tower 2, marking a major milestone in the project’s development timeline.

The upcoming 500,000 SQFT commercial and retail complex, located within The Boulevard by Muscat Hills, represents one of Oman’s most anticipated business addresses. Over 60,000 cubic meters of hard rock were meticulously cut and removed, reaching a depth of 12 meters from road level to prepare the foundation for the tower’s next stage of construction.

Business Tower 2 sits adjacent to the completed Business Tower 1, forming part of The Boulevard’s 850,000 SQFT masterplan — a vibrant pedestrian community home to over 2,000 apartments, offices, shops, and restaurants.

With excavation now finalized, Muscat Hills and its construction partners are preparing to advance to the footing and foundation works, setting the stage for vertical construction.
