Muscat, Oman – MHID has partnered with Mafaza, a leading regional contractor with projects in Oman, Turkey, and Libya, to launch Muscat Hills Bazaar—a landmark mixed-use development set to redefine Muscat’s commercial landscape.

Strategically located at The Boulevard by Muscat Hills, the 700,000 SQFT project will add to the area’s already vibrant mix of shops, offices, and apartments. The Bazaar will feature 360 retail and commercial outlets alongside 1,500+ parking spaces, addressing a crucial demand for additional parking. This excess parking capacity will support not only the Bazaar but also nearby commercial hubs, including Business Tower 1, the upcoming Business Tower 2, Muscat Pavilion, and Ominvest HQ, easing parking congestion for staff and visitors alike.

With a focus on sustainability and innovation, the project aligns with Oman’s Vision 2040, setting a new benchmark for urban development.
