Muscat Hills International Development (MHID), one of the leading private developers in the Sultanate of Oman, has completed 60% of the construction of the Golf Tower – a 200-unit luxury condominium complex in The Boulevard – Oman’s premium luxury lifestyle destination. With works on the project being accelerated, The Golf Tower is scheduled to be completed by early 2018.

MHID has recorded the completion of the project’s structure at 99 per cent, the blockwork at 86 per cent, and the internal plastering at 73 per cent. Moreover, nearly 33 per cent of the work on the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) has been done, as well as almost 16 per cent of the overall finishing. The second fix of MEP works is currently at 35 per cent, while the façade stands at 28 per cent.
