Muscat Hills Residences, a real estate development in Oman overlooking a golf course, handed over its first villa of the second phase of development to Ali Al Shanfari and his family on June 21.Around 50 per cent of the villas have been acquired by Omani nationals and the rest by Asian and western communities.
Two companies, Muscat Golf Course and Country Club and Oman Urban Development Company, have joined hands to construct these villas with the quality at each stage monitored by the Towell Construction Company.
Ali Al Shanfari expressed his happiness on receiving the keys to his villa.This project is designated as an Integrated Tourism Project, which offers absolute freehold ownership and residency status to all purchasers, Omanis, GCC nationals as well as expatriates.
Forty premier residences; comprising of 4 and 5 bedroom villas are now complete.
The villas are designed keeping in mind the homeowner’s requirements, using marble finish, high ceilings, tall veneered doors and built-in wardrobes, double glazed windows, fully fitted kitchens, and fully ducted ACs as well as roof terraces which can be used for social gatherings.
