Ground was recently broken on the remaining three freehold plots at The Boulevard by Muscat Hills, with a range of construction activities now underway, including excavation works, marking further progress across the destination’s final development parcels.

The three plots comprise a mix of residential, commercial and mixed-use developments, each being delivered by different sub-developers within the wider Muscat Hills masterplan.
Together with Business Tower II and the upcoming Muscat Hills Bazaar, both being developed by Muscat Hills International Development, these three plots represent the remaining development planned for The Boulevard and will complete its overall masterplan.

With The Boulevard already established as a major commercial and lifestyle destination within Muscat Hills, the new developments will add further residential, commercial and mixed-use offerings to the existing community.

In parallel, work has also commenced on Hills Gate, located directly opposite the Muscat Hills masterplan, adding further momentum to development across the surrounding area.
The continued progress across these projects reflects the ongoing build-out of Muscat Hills and the expansion of its established masterplan.
